There are 3 core classifications, which intersect to form 4 overlapping zones. Together, they represent distinct culinary philosophies and preparation methods, helping you choose what your body needs, season by season, day by day.

  • Natural Process: This is about using natural methods like heating, freezing, drying grinding, milling, pressing to extract and unlock the full nutrients of plants, herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, and oils to produce butters, teas, flours. These techniques help us get the most from nature in a functional, grounded way. It’s about working with the plant, not overprocessing it.

  • Purity: Pure, whole, and untouched. These are fresh fruits, herbs, roots, and greens in their simplest, most vibrant form - full of water, fibre, and enzymes. It’s about bringing food straight to the table, just as nature made it: uncooked, energising, hydrating, and alive.

Foods are gently handled, dehydrated, slow cooked and blended to create things like raw crackers, raw snacks, raw desserts, broths and ramens. all made under 48°C to preserve nutrients while enhancing shelf life, function and digestibility.
